Cancellation Policy
Due to the size and nature of our restaurant, cancellations can have a very strong impact us. We require full payment of food menu at the time of booking as all sales are final and non-refundable. In the event you are unable to attend your dining experience we encourage you to transfer the booking to other guests of your choice.
Any changes made to upcoming reservations (change of date or party size) must be made with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, where all changes will be based on availability. We do not permit any booking amendments made within 7 days’ notice of your booking, with the exception of unforeseen circumstances and at the discretion of restaurant staff. Any amendments to your reservation must be issued in writing via email to hello@restaurantbotanic.com.au.
Dietary Requirements
We can cater to all dietary requirements & allergies if given notice upon reservation. Please email us at hello@restaurantbotanic.com.au to advise us of your requirements or add notes to the comments section when booking. Our venue follows all food hygiene protocols and appropriate food handling practices. Whilst care is taken in the preparation of all food, traces may still be present.
Age and Pram Policy
Children over the age of 5 are more than welcome to dine at Restaurant Botanic, but please be aware that no reduction in menu size or price is available. If you are bringing your child along with you then you must reserve them a seat and pay the menu price.
A kind note that our venue is not designed for prams or highchairs.
